Have any of you auto to manual guys gotten your reverse lights to work properly? If so, how? Ive got the reverse switch wired to the lights, but as soon as I turn the key to the on position, they light up, no matter what gear (if any) is engaged. Ive run wires from the old tcu plugs to the old shifter plug, completing the circuit. Ive searched and I cant find anything beyond doing this. Bad reverse switch or something Im overlooking?

i thought i had them correct..
i splice the 5 spd trans switch into the auto connector wires by the tranny....ran them to the shifter harness, then i think i ran the other side of the wires to the TCU...i may be mistaken though. I remember that the reverse light just stayed on though...sucked
