Please DO NOT Post In The General Section
From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.
The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.
For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.
Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.
Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

IMO, you'd be better off boring out your stock one or an h23 IM. Doing that would probably give you the same results you'd see from that venom but for alot less. You might even see more of a result with a bored h23/A6 then you would that single runner venom. that's just IMO thoughHorsepower sells cars, torque wins races.

yes 2point6 has a totally different setup. he even stated that for his app, the euro manifold gave him better gains and that with more tuning he might have been able to gain. so it wasn't worth the time and money for him. so it was better for him to switch back to the euro. for some, the skunk will make a big difference. its a car to car basis. with just bolt ons i am sure it works well. it has longer runners which i think 2point6 said could have been his loss. i can't understand what the skunk2 requires the install that it does though. i figure all the components that go on the manifold should have been retained just as the stock unit. i have even seen some people that say it don't fit and others that say it fits fine. if i find a euro some where already done up for the jdm/usdm h22, i'd go that route instead of skunk2 though. In conjunction with 2point6 i have read both pros and cons on them. I hear that the h22 skunk2 was a disappointment vs the other platform manifolds.91 Ex CB9

As far as bolting it on the car you need to get a oil filter relocation kit if I remember correctly. That could be why some people say it fits and others say it doesn't.Oil leak? What oil leak? That's just sweat from all that horsepower!
