    I don't understand...

Ok well, i like to think my accord had been cleanly done, not riced out or anything and looked good... so you know i get the occasional compliment for 1 or two people a week or something whatever...

Now my truck on the otherhand, its covered in mud, scratches all over it, cherry bomb muffler (no cat or resonator just dumping out under the cab) a huge snorkel up on the roof lol, vtec spray painted on the bed... and its just loud and obnoxious and i get more compliments on that thing then my honda! people will roll down their windows to talk to me at lights, they'll give me the thumbs up as theyt drive past me, they'll point and smile and when i'm in a parkking lot they'll come up to me and talk to me about my truck. i don't get it, i dont even care about the truck!

It's because you have an 89-94 Toyota Truck. Hell, I'm jealous of it.

But in all honesty, it's the area you live in. NH isn't known as being the hotbed of import activity. More people have trucks up there for all kinds of reasons.

Plus, nothing's cooler than a huge truck covered in mud from off-roading.

I'm going to have to disagree.

A hot chick covered in mud from wrestling is cooler...

Theres more F-series and other pickups up here than most places I've been too.

New Hampshire is more of a Vdub owners hub, hell I saw a sick looking GTi last night down at Tweeter off of D.W Highway, had a huge front mount intercooler complete with the yellow housed headlights.

I see more Volkswagen Jettas, Golfs and even the occasional Passat more than I see hooked up Hondas, except for when you cruise by that place on Elm St. you know the place that sells modified cars? well just bodykits and i dont know about actual turbo or hooked up rides.

if it was silver it was my buddys vdub, and its the yellow film tint you can apply on headlights. and yea, i'm starting to meet more people from concord and goffstown and stuff and they've got some pretty cool cars, more DSM's then anything though. my friend has a turbo b18 hatchy... but hes selling it so its like harder and harder to find good modded hondas...

but anyways heres pics of the truck Mike, this is when it was sitting in my backyard for a day while i tore it apart to do my intake manifold gasket so thats why the hood is popped and i'm working on grass (that and we have way too many other cars in the driveway!)

the only reason the passenger side front fender is clean is cause i kept leaning against it when taking off my intake mani, otherwise this thing was covered!

I care about your CB way more than your truck I guess it's just the region we live in and that's why it gets more compliments. But on here, I believe it's the other way around!

Also, do you have any more info about the yellow film tint, I've been searching for some but haven't come up w/ anything. Would you or your friend happen to know where I could get some? Thanks Rob

Yeah it is Silver, I stood for like a good 5 minutes drooling and just staring lmao.

Man I try and baby my truck but the som bitch needs a new paint job and a new truck bed.

Im thinking about tossing the stock 6 footer and replacing it with a flareside, if I had the welding skills I'd convert my old truck bed into a real functional trailer

well once again, i go and get gas tonight and another guy "so is that snorkel actually functional?" well, i've had it in water up to the headlights and it made it though no problem so i'd say so
