    1,019 Processes in my task manager Crickey!

    So yeah my Mircrosoft word doesnt work it freezes, other prog I have dont work.

    I have 1,019 processes and there all called lucoms-S.exe or something. I guess it's from norton but I deleted it from my system.

    fucking weird.

      rofl, pwned. It's either part of Norton's internet security package (or other suite) or a virus disguised as part of it. Download Spybot Search and Destroy or Adaware and see if it's spyware. For a virus scanner I would dump Norton and go with something like NOD32. I have always found that Norton slows down systems considerably and causes more problems than it fixes.
