H22 Sound

Okay so im fixing to swap an H22 into the new lude and i am really picky about the way a car sounds. I HATE the ricey sound and was wondering for all the ppl with H22's what did you go with for exhaust and how does it sound. I know what i want now i just need to find the right exhaust.

I love the way my turbo h23 accord sounds deep tone and never raspy is there an exhaust that make the h22 sound close to this?

I would put 2.5" custom piping with 2 18" resonator and a evo muffler or even the ebay evo ones. trust me it sounds deep never raspy.

Come take a ride in my h22a accord lol. 2.5" crush bent from cat back, 2 18" magnaflow resonators, and ebay N1 muffler. Sounds good you can ask MXcX haha or anyone that might have heard it at the recent Dallas meet. I have no rasp good shit.

Im thinking about doing a muffler like this along with cutsom 2.5 piping a high flow res. tell me what you think? Anyone ever heard one of these? by the looks of it, it has to be quiet.

i'm running my h22 with the ws2 which is 2.36 inch piping i believe, should i upgrade to 2.5 piping?

not really. the WS2 should flow just fine. upgrading from what u HAVE for 2.5'' isnt gonna gain you a WHOLE lot more. just my $.02

i plan on keeping my WS2 when i swap in a H22.

i'm running a ws2 exhaust on my h22 accord daily driver and with the cat still there it is very quiet. you can't even hear it run unless you jump on it. then the only thing you hear is the intake. my wife has an h22 in her accord and we are running a tsudo muffler with 2.5 piping from the cat back. it is alot louder than mine. she has no resonater in hers but, i think i might put one in though. hers is deep, just alittle to loud.

im running magnaflow catback, sounded great with the f22, we shall see come springs with the h22!
