It actually only took us like 3 1/2 hrs to take it out, the other 1 1/2 hours we spent working things out with the harness and doing timing belt shit... etc etc...., it woulda been sooner but we had to remove my dads cherry picker from it being bolted down to the back of his truck bed.(he doesnt have cement at home so he uses it on the truck ), had to run to napa acouple of times etc etc........

Its not hard to convert to obd1. This motor was already converted, First to make things easyer you find a whole h22 intake manifold(not sure if you can just use the upper plenum with the f20b lower plenum.), make sure it has the TB, IAVC. Also need a vtec oil pressure switch, because obd2 motors dont have one, just the vtec selenoid.

Use your f22, egr, internal or external dizzy, depending on which one matches YOUR f22 harness, switch your oil pressure sending unit over. And voila!

Also, dont worry about getting a prelude ps line, just use the accord line and bend it down. Works just fine :P might have to bend it back up when you want to removed the ps pump, but who cares. I dont know why people didnt do this to begin with, talking all this damn prelude ps line bullshit

1 vtec wire depends on 2 things, Having a p28 ecu, and weather or not you have the feature turned off with etheir hondata/uberdata. But its not hard to install the second wire...

Since you have an h22 whatever, i would recommend just soldering on the obd2 injector clips on to your harness, not hard at all. color match them.

I wouldnt recommend it to someone with an f20b persay. BECAUSE i believe the injectors are a little bit smaller than h22 injectors. So if you get a p28/p13 with an h22 basemap it will run lean?
WOW 3.5hrs? That's amazing Juan, how you managed to do that is beyond my imagination haha I wish I can do it that fast when the time comes where I have to retire the old F..

About the intake manifold, are you saying that I have to get a whole OBD1 H22A intake manifold? Why can't I use the stock H22A4 intake mani that's on the motor right now? And correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought there's a way to bypass and eliminate the IAC valve, as well as EGR valve and the charcoal canister? Hmm I was looking at the H22 intake mani today, but I couldn't remember whether it has the IAC valve or not..It should tho shouldn't it? I better check again tmr hehe..

Oh and the H22A4 does have the VTEC oil pressure switch bro..So I guess that's one less thing for me to worry about hehe

As for the Lude PS line...Well, since I have the whole Lude in my driveway right now, I'll most likely use its PS pump and line as well

Thanks again for all the info bro, sorry if I just start asking stupid questions in this thread of yours heheh it's just that you mentioned F20B (OBD2), and I have the sudden urge to ask a bunch of noob questions haha

Congrats on the successful swap tho Juan That video premier is too exciting haha Little bugs here and there it seems, but I'm sure you'll be able to figure 'em all out..

      Keep us updated dood

the reason we took it out in such little time is because, my dad was unbolting shit underneath while i took shit apart up top(my dads a mechanic.) And we didnt take the tranny out, just the motor since he didnt have enough for an H tranny.

The obd2 iavc has more wires(cant remember how many), and i think it bolts on diff not sure tho. the egr is simple, you just swap over your f22 one, because you are gona use your F harness. You dont need to do anything with the charcole canister(mapsensor) since you are still retaining your F harness.

sorry if i mist any questions, keep them coming! thats why me and the thread are here.

        I love doing swaps. w00t

Switched my p28 into it, runs better, so im gona try and burn my map and stick it in his p28. Problem with it not starting after it was warm was indead the main relay.. put mine in it and works like a charm.

Now i just need to figure out why the damn thing dips to 100rpms when the throttle closes and goes back up to regular idle... blah

Runs really good tho! f22 tranny sucks on f20b

burn a new chip with your map. but set the base idle rpm about 300rpm higher.

yeah if it does that running your basemap it might have something to do with your bolt ons

I think it has something to do with the TPS/throttle body/fiv...

Im also gona try and bleed the coolant system. Gona try and get another TB.

these are the symptoms i have..

Idles fine once warmed up any time you hit the throttle/gas and goes above 2k, it drops off hard and the rpms go to 100rpms and dies sometimes, Then it bouces back up to idle. Or if im cruising along and i put in the clutch or stick it in nutral it will die....
                              I dont know wtf!!!!

When i have the car on and im under the hood and a bleep the throttle, After the throttle closes i hear this pop(from something closing because of suction) kind of like if it was the IABS, but its not because ive already disconnected them and it still does it.... I lost one of the damn screws for the plate on the FIV so i have to go get one of those tomorow blah!

anyways, other than that shes great.

*edit* If i raise the idle, it still dips but it doesnt die because the idle is obiously higher.

Done Vtec works great, redlines set at 8k.

And here is a finished picture and a video of it idling. He just needs to wash it and buy a new main relay. he is borrowing mine for now.
