Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    h22 vs f22 dyno graph

I recently dyno'd my h22 and still had my f22 dyno graph on my computer and was curious to see what they would look like against each other. They're very similar in the beginning even the torque graph, the only difference as you can see is when there's the vtec crossover.

looks like your f22 ran a lot smoother then your h, were both in untuned and stock form when you dynoed?

Well that confirms a lot of suspicions on my end, and pretty much more or less eliminates a lot of speculation.

THe one complaint I do have is that the stock H22 tune seems to leave a lot to be desired.

yes it does, my p13 was dipping into the 10-12 afr range in vtec at wot. the crossover is also pretty bad.

lol I aways say that a f22 will keep up with a h22 all the way until vtec or close to it... In fact in my experiences a f22 will pull on a h22 until vtec... then its good bye f22. but what more can you expect from a modded version of the same motor?

a6 cam and ecu on the f22?

Wish the charts were same scale, 0-160, also on the f22 graph the y axis if foot pounds while on the h22 graph the y axis is horsepower

This is where I lose it on the hp and torque calculations...cause on your graphs the lines overlap several times.

OH WELL...still nice to see the difference...wow what happens to torque after vtec? Shouldn't it also go up?
