ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

JDM F22A motor, 450 cc inj, t3/4 48/60, thats the setup, its running on a base map for that car, im only running 5 lbs, cant get limp more away, reset the ecu like 5 times, still no good.

you're an idiot. go slit. ~ Do you even know what limp mode means, then come back and call me an idiot.

NO, its running a base map for that setup, like i said, Base map = 450 cc inj, t3/4 turbo 7psi. Thats the base map tune, thats pretty much what i got, just cant get it out of limp mode, last time this happened i just checked the codes the ck engine light would flash a few times code 48 or whatever then go away, and no more limp, but i tried doing that it wont work?

1, that is your name, on hmt. never did i say it was your real name. if its not you, why did you copy his sig then?

                    2. you are a noob, you dont know wtf you're doing and ask a billion questions everyday on hmt expecting people to answer you.

                    3. it doesnt matter how old or new an engine is, it can go into limp mode at any time.

                    4. i gave you advice, post the map.

now, i remember i gave you an NA map a while back, did it run then? try using that same map to see if its the map or the chip or even ecu thats giving you the problem.

hell, it might not even be the maps, it could be that you're insterting the chip incorrectly.

take pics of it and post up.

Im just trying to figure everything out by asking questions like all of the people in all of these sites, i have learned alot just from search, and i dont have the map on this pc, its at my buddys house, hes the one that chipped my ecu, the base seems fine, just want to know what are some meathods on getting out of limp mode, and i came to this site cause i thought i could get some awnsers from people who knew what they were talking about, cb7 ya know, hmt is more about the turbo part, im not trying to flame anyone, im not on any of these sites to do that, im trying to learn as much as i can, so i can do my own shit, if they flame me first, well then i might flame back, its nothing personal.

is your buddy the one that rebuilt your engine?

anyways, we cant do shit until we actually see the map and see wtf you're doing.

                        any cels?
