im looking at a glass pack for are cars im looking to get a really good noise outta if well still making good horse power ( it would b coming right out the back)

dose any one else have this o nthere cars or could offer me advice

won't sound that good on a four banger. use either 2.25 or 2.5 piping, grab a magnaflow cat, 26" resonator, your choice of muffler (something like this vibrant http://www.verociousmotorsports.com/...-Muffler-10515) and you should have a good sounding setup without the typical ricer rasp associated with hondas.

Here's what an 18" glasspack sound like on my CB7. I've got I/H/E. The exhaust started out as a GReddy Evo2 catback, then I cut off the second resonator and muffler and put an 18" glasspack and Magnaflow Street Series 14816 muffler.

From my experience the length makes very little difference if you are just running a straight-through muffler. Just get whatever length is easier to fit. And your car is going to be extremely loud.

2.5" piping. Catco 2.5" cat. Two 18" cherrybomb glasspacks. Cherrybomb turbo muffler. Dont flame, it will perform good, sound good, and not extremely overpriced like these name brand catbacks.
