ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

Racing seats - Which are most comfortable?

I want to get a pair of blue-on-black racing seats for my car along with three-point harnesses, but I do not know which of the racing seats are the most comfortable. I do a lot of driving and am in the car for more than 30 minutes, so I want racing seats that are comfortable for long trips. Any suggestions?

You know good racing seats arent cheap, and they aren't made to be comfy. I'd find some nice prelude seats or something in a jy.

X2, any stock seat will be more comfortable then a racing seat. Racing seats have one sole purpose, to keep you secured.

the only 'racing seat' that ive sat in for long period (3+hrs) has been the Bride Brix II Seats and it was very comfortable.... but thats a pretty pricey seat

if you want a racing seat thats built for comfort, look into OEM applications from recaro

            s2k, evo, sti, etc.

Possibly try looking for a stock seat that you like and have them rewrapped...... I'm not sure how much you would save but some of the seats I have priced are like WHOA!

i had some recaro "Style"'s once.

best seat i've ever, ever, EVER sat in.

and no, not the ebay kind "RECARO STYLE SEATS".

                    they were genuine recaro seats.

                    however, they were very expensive.

One thing I did to save money and keep the racing seat "look" is to buy the "Type-S" seat covers from advance. They're 20 bucks each I love the look of them and they actually made the OEM seats a little more comfortable.

Sparco. Why would you want a 3 point harness...Your stock seatbelt is a 3 point. And if you drive a long time a harness is not going to make that seat anymore comfortable.

For me to complete the look for the interior you need to have matching front and rear seats at least. Heres a picture of my Recaro seats in the rear of my other car.
