So I went to yakima on saturday... came back (walla walla) to my apartment to find my ps3 and 37" tv missing. Called the police and they found a couple prints. I'm surpised they didn't take my d40. It was laying right next to the tv. i hate theifs.

Ain't this about a BITCH! I wake up and find out I have a DRAINED bank account. Customer service (live person) is gone for the holiday and I am told to call back tomorrow. I called 4 different numbers and all I was told was it was a "Debit card transaction". Too bad I haven't used it in 2 weeks. Tomorrow is going to suck.

So the credit/debit customer service lady at Bank of America tells me that someone in L.A. spent $1200 at Ralph's grocery store. That was ONE of 3.
The other 2 were denied. Now I had $300 in my account, so that means the bank ok'd a $900 overdraft? The lady was taken back by that as well. No I have a "Standard lock" on my account for the next 3 days. They are going to flip the money back and call everything good and go after whomever it was.
I am going to open a new account with someone else. Just to have money to pull from when needed.3 CB's gone....

bank of america sucks ass from what my friends have told me. try wells fargo, haven't had much issue with them. when my debit card number got stolen they were all over it and i got to have a three way conversation with one of the fraud people and a manager where the cash was spent. got it all back and taken care of pretty fast.
