Noty really, I have an idle issue to work out. when cold it idles @2700 for a couple of seconds, then decides to fluctuate from 1500 to 2000 for the next 2-3 min then idles normal.

I just haven't had time to get at it yet. What is the Bitchism about your car?

lol my car idles at 2k for a bit then drops to 1k then after a while it idles normally. As for my real problem I have a coolant bug to work out. Dunno what it is cause it was running fine and the main hoses got warm like they are supposed to but now they don't and it leaks at the t stat housing from the back hose its just depressing after having sean and bobby work really hard to see it go down so soon with this shit.

in all honesty, it WAS a ton of hard work and a TON of problems that we worked through....but with any swap that isnt a "normal" replacement ur gonna have issues, because ur trying to change something that was never meant in the first place. so im not too disappointed. every swap has issues afterwards and ur left chasing them down.

i remember my H & 5spd swap... chasing shit down for a whole 1-2 months straight.

ur coolant issue IS something on the back side. we DID use the F22B water pipe, which was tweaked a bit but i just tweaked it back and mounted the T-stat housing. with all the stuff the importer shoved in all the holes (remembering that the F22B t-stat housing was OFF when u got the motor) i wouldnt be suprised if there was a sock distrupting flow. LOL

ID replace the two seals with new ones and a new water pipe. RULE IT OUT. ur already replacing one seal on the pipe, so its NOT much more work.

i wouldnt then look to the t-stat after that since the fans are working properlu and the main hoses are warming up normally. t-stat might be getting stuck a bit.

We were in an empty lot that was on Kent city limits, right on the edge of Renton. Lots of people there. Everyone thought we were fine. I had hella fireworks, like 3 cases of artillery, rockets, cakes, blah blah. The police and fire come up out of nowhere, tell us they hate doing this and take OUR fireworks. Also that it is NOT kent. Everyone else they said they have 10 minutes to packup and leave. We got boned. Someone lit off an m80 right when they were leaving though,lol. It was great.

We were setting off fireworks in the street in woolley when a cop rolled up got out of his car and took a roman candle away from my son, told us to not light them off in the street and drove off........ Explain that one.

don't remember, but do the honda tstats have the little jiggler valve on em? its supposed to face up and bleed any air in the system through the tstat....got the bubbles out with the bleed valve also i assume.
