well 99ghost is up and going. seems to run real well. start ups are a lil rough, but then she smooths out. runnin a lil rich, but i think i have a lil more tuning to do. seems that all my power is at my 4g range and higher. and restarts after being warmed up are a lil difficult. soooo she's getting there.

well i've posted up around 12 items i've found laying around in my garage on "craigslist". to my suprize in the past two days i've raised around $400.00. and that excites me, due to the fact that all the proceed's go twords the 99ghost healing fund. to bad i have to wait until next week to drop her off. but i cant exactly drop her off with the injector rail wiring looking as it dose. so this friday is "soldering time" to clean it all up. so that way when "8" checks her out, they cant say "hey, what the hell is going on here?". what a slow on going process... but i still dont regret trading the old cb7 for the new one.
ps. my buddy is offering my adr 18'ns back in trade for my 18" konig monsoon's. i thought about it. but on the new car, i just dont think the "flatness" of the adr's would look very hip. new body is much bigger and curvier. so i feel that i might have to pass on his offer. i think he just flat out likes the new ones over the adr's.....

i dont know,,,, i would try them, but i just dont think they would look right. all 98-02 coupes i see look best with a "fat lip" rim. and the adr's are very sleek and narrow.... where as the monsoon's have that lusterous faty lip.
speeking of "lip's", swung by my local tuner shop today and picked up a new lip for the ghost. its a type r style lip. and if all go's correctly tomorrow, then she will be headin to "8" for atleast a tune on the p28. by eliminating the o2, i do believe she will run better and not so rich.

***UPDATE***
ran the ghost 80 miles today. went thru a half a tank of gas!!! made it to "8" in lynnwood. droped off the ecu. found out it was a p30 converted to p28. found out the rings are smoked in the h22 (via turbo). not a problem, since i have a 99SH h22 complete waiting to go in this winter (whole nother story). "8" is gonna reprogram the ecu. set up 4k launch. eliminate o2. and pipe in the two sensors into the ecu.
and re hooked up the MAP to the TB, runs much leaner, start up's are great, runs smoooooth....
she's getting there......
