Kelton, so you swapped in a turbo 2 motor and it doesn't run? That blows... rebuild time... my friend keeps trying to convince me that rotarys are a piece of cake to rebuild.

I'm waiting on an ECU I ordered. I want to start there and make sure the ECU is good... then diagnose from there. It runs, and it feels decent sometimes, but it is super erratic. I don't have $2000 left more like around $1000-1300 maybe.
I am thinking around 200whp and hopefully somewhere around that in wtq as well.

Pistons/rings- $500 (it was like $480-$490 or something)
Bore/Hone/deck block- $340?
Plus fluids/gaskets and other misc shit..........about $1000 or so?3 CB's gone....

170whp is easy to hit. All that's needed is a Bisi cam/valvetrain and some head work with an h23 IM, a simple exhaust and tuning. The cost will probably be around $1k for all that.
