CRX to 4dr swap/ New EG

I'm back bitches! j/k i was never gone just slackin, anyways my friend had posted this on tunerfriends but they dun seem to bright so i figured id ask the great minds here on cb7, its about the harness going from dual point injection to a gen b16a..well heres the post
ok people heres the deal i am finaly in the position where i think i have the time to swap my b16 out of my totaled rex and into my 91 sedan.. now the b16 still runs fine i start it everyother day even tho the car is imobleized but the question is this: the 4 door is a dual point fuel injection p.o.s. that comes in the lx the rex was an si w/mpfi i need to do a mpfi conversion on the sedan but would it be possible to just drop the b16 into the 4 door and take the engine harness off at the main connection as a direct bolt on to run the engine like plug and play without having to cut into the car side of the harness and run the vtec wires or is there gonna be cutting and splicing regardless?? any help is welcome...
so yeah if anybody knows or has any ideas thatd be great.... in other news i NO LONGER OWN A CB7... i now own a lil red 94 eg6 si hatch... lol.. and its fuckin sick...
But I'm still payin, so she still a ho. Why don't i just give her the money I was gonna spend on dinner, and that ho can get some groceries

You are still going to have to convert the car to mpfi, I'm dealing with that on my friends b16a swap into a 91 crx dx. Also if you are planning on converting from obd0 to obd1 you have to do the dpfi-mpfi swap first too. This site has some good reference guides to the wiring http://www.psytronix.org/xo/modules/wfsection/

Follow instructions on a website step by step for the DPFI ---> MPFI swap.

You absolutely cannot just swap over an engine wiring harness. Don't even bother trying to pull the ENTIRE wiring harness out of the CRX, you'll probably find things that don't match up or won't fit into the Civic anyways.

Some of my complete and utterly retarded ricer friends just COULD NOT get it out of their head that they couldn't just pull harnesses out of wherever they felt nescessary and you should NOT use an Si engine harness. It only makes the MPFI swap that much more confusing.

The reason you can't just use the Si engine harness is because the DPFI ECU harness needs to be modified. It's not hard at all, you simply have to depin 3-4 wires and run a wire from a certain ECU pin to the resistor box or something. Check out honda-tech's FAQ sticky in the CRX forum.

Anyways, follow a website's instructions for the DPFI to MPFI swap, just substitue the Si distributor and intake manifold with B16 units. As far as wiring up VTEC goes you'll just have to run a few extra wires from the ECU to the engine. Don't forget to wire up the 2nd O2 sensor properly.

      Good luck
