Yeah I expected you probably did have a factory service manual, but figured it would be worth posting for anyone else that is having issues...I talked to jose about it for awhile and I agree it sounds like something with the wot stop. I'm wondering if it got ground down a bit somehow or didn't reseat correctly (is that possible? lol) when they installed the bigger butterfly plate. Did you end up talking to them about it? I'm curious how the install could have gone wrong

Jorge from maxbore.com emailed me this:

"The ECU is designed to take into account that not all TPS are absolutely exact to each other. There is a range the ECU expects the TPS to be within. When the TPS is out of range then you get a CEL. You can lower the TPS voltage just a bit and reset the ECU. It will use the new voltage as its new IDLE voltage and as long as it is not lower than what it expects you won't get a CEL. Boring a TB doesn't change the stop angle. It is set by the crank or pulley, and I don't machine that part at all."

He suggested lowering the closed TPS voltage to like 0.42V and seeing if I still get a CEL.

Sure, if you have a spare H23 TB and want to pay another $100 to hav eit bored out. I'm trying to focus on the white Accord project now and buying parts for it, not go back and keep spending on the red Accord.

BTW: I'll post back 2 stock F22 TB voltage readings from TPS @ WOT condition from 2 family Accords soon. Just to see how far I'm off on my H23 bored TB or if that is not an issue.

very interesting, didn't know the ecu actually recalibrated itself concerning the tps. i have seen a few tps set to .42 before.

u didn't tell me sh*t you..I've been speculating that since the get go...but he's had personal encounters with this issue, I have not so I didn't know if my speculation was valid.
