Myself and my family are in need of prayers

I apologize for not coming on here much since selling my cb7. But aside that, there has been an accident tonight.

To update everyone, I have since moved out of California and am now living in Delaware again in hopes of joining hte service and getting a better job and all in all starting life off on my own. Well, I was here watching tv and arguing with my girlfriend on the phone when my mom called. She told me to call my neighbor at my parents house in California and have him go to my house and make sure that the stove was off.

Thinking nothing of it, I did. Once that was taking care of, I got a call. It was my mom and she was in tears. My younger brother has gotten in a serious car accident. He was driving my fathers Marauder on a back road and swerved to avoid hitting a deer. When this happened, he went off to the side of hte road due to on coming traffic and went down into a ditch. Both aribags deployed, and the car totaled. He was able to walk away, but is going to the hospital to get checked out as he has a broken arm and is complaining of neck pains.

Being here in Delaware, I am freaking out and feeling racked with guilt as I cant be there to help my family or be with my brother. The degree of his injuries are unknown to me at this time and whats happening tous financially is also unknown. But what I do know is we are in a very bad financial state and with shitty insurance, this was hte last thing needed.

So, I ask all of my fellow cb7 enthusiast. Please keep my little brother and my family in your prayers as this is a huge time of crisis for us. Thank you all from the bottom of my ehart in advanced.

You got it, brother. Sorry to hear about your brother's accident. Thoughts and prayers are in order.

Just remember, everything happens for a reason. We will have to wait it out and see. Keep your head up, as hard as it may be, keep your chin up. Always remember this as well, it could be worse, my dude.

Don't feel guilty because you aren't there. It's just the way things are. If you need anyone to talk to, feel free to inbox me.

Thank you both very much. He is getting x rayed to make sure he doesnt have spinal damage or neck damage but its looking like he should be alright.

What happened was an elk walked out into the road. It was a blind corner with a drop off on the side of the road in the direction he was going. He swerved to the right and the Marauder having 300 horses and being rwd, naturally, the ass end kicked out and he cliped a marker on the side of the road and the left front smashed into the side of a mountain and the airbags deployed.

He is still in the hospital and probably staying until they feel hes good to go, but I will update everyone as I get info. Thanks again guys

He is still in the hospital but luckily, nothing serious happened to him hes still really shaken up from the whole thing but physically he should be fine. He checked out to be alright with the x ray and all and no internal bleeding. So everything major that we had thought isnt there at all so he should be getting out sometime soon. again thank you all from the bottom of my ehart its been a scary experience for all of us myself and the family.

Glad to hear he is okay. H22sparkle said it best. Cars and stuff can be replaced. Family members cant be replaced. Maybe this will all be okay in the long run. Peace.

                          this guy!

To everyone else, thank you all very much for your kind words and prayers. He is still in the hospital, they are keeping him there just to keep tabs to make sure theres not going to be something else popping up that they havent found yet. He should be out within the next couple of days. And the car is a total loss at this point but my father and I spoke earlier, and agreed the fact htat my brothers ok is all that matters at this point and that we will get through everything else.
