Wow respect....this thing will be a monster. I imagine even the stout d-series gears won't be able to handle the sheer torque when full boost comes on. I can see an m-factory gearset in the future lol.

but its sad to hear that your getting rid of the AWD system. shnit. would be freakin awesome to see 700hp at all 4 wheels on a civic wagon. haha. i say you build the tranny up man. custom driveshafts to handle the power. im sure you can do it man. just another notch on the totem pole
I bought the car as an 2WD, and it would be difficult to update. Nonethless, thanks for having me share this project with cb7!

Bisi, you continue to inspire me with your work. Taking a non-standard engine to the next level is the work of a true enthusiast. The industry would do well to have more people like you in it.
I would be intrigued to see the numbers you could pull from a K powerplant.

Thanks, everyone. In the spirit of this being a driven vehicle, multiple gauges is not appealing to me at all. That is where the AEM serial gauge comes in. This allows up to 19 user programmable channels, allowing me to see what the AEM Gen 2 6040 sees..and includes 2 pin guides for scrolling through. My parameters of choice:
Oil pressure
Fuel pressure
Oxygen sensor readings
Boost/vacuum
Water temp
Air temp
It also allows 24 multicolored LED lights, with alarms incase things get hairy.
In the name of stealth, I decided to mount it in the centre console...in front of the shifter.

Here are some pictures that one of my customers, and friend, Big Mike, took while visiting BISIMOTO.
Some finishing touches.
Turbo and manifold getting mocked up.
Random shot of the BISIMOTO prototype manifold and TURBONETICS turbo
Nice clearance and wonderful fitment.
GOLDEN EAGLE intake manifold, AEM fuel rail, and the S2 throttle body.
New BISIMOTO adjustable CNC oil caps. No more having to deal with getting an oil cap from some random company and tightening it and being irritated as hell that the logo doesn't sit straight. These oil caps can be adjusted so that you never have that problem again. And they will be offered in a wide array of color options to match anyones engine bay theme.
RYWIRE harness pics.
Look at the twisting of the wires Ryan did under the heat shrink. SICK.
Many AEM products integrated in to this harness.
Clutch to handle all the power. This is the same company that produces the clutches that Bisimoto Engineering uses on all personal race and street motors as well as customers cars. Made in America, very competitively priced, and can handle power. A CB7 favorite!

Flywheel that I had been using for like 2 years in the same wagon daily driven! Hahaha. SERIOUSLY. And it still has plenty of life. The BISIMOTO flywheel is made of aircraft quality 6061 Aluminum, and the friction plate is heat-treated. What does that mean? The flywheel lasts two years even with me beating on it. Haha.
Random. Yes, I do work on my own cars, contrary to rumor. lol
Motor in.
Taking care of the shift linkage, etc.
Turbo manifold on. LOOK at that thing, it is beasty.
Putting the TURBONETICS/Spearco FMIC on.
Look at the fitment. Tight, but perfect.
Here are a couple pics of the chassis:
Rear interior with fresh paint and weatherproofing.
AEM Water/Methanol injection kit.
Here is a parting front shot.
More pics to come guys, thanks for looking.'Bisimoto D15/D16/F18/F22

Shadow...maybe it is done already? J/K. By december, I hope.
How can we run 25-30+psi on unleaded fuel, and ward away damaging pre-ignition/detonation in the process. That is where the AEM water-meth system comes into play. AEM Water/Meth Injection Kits reduce air inlet temperatures which would allow me to increase boost pressure to reach my whp goals by utilizing the cooling effects of the system under heavy load.
The kit include all the elements necessary to do water/methanol injection right, including a standard fluid level sensor for the tank, recirculation-style pump, feature-loaded controller, and complete hardware for installation on practically any gas application.
A boost-dependent, variable-flow progressive controller allows me to determine the amount of 50/50% water/methanol mixture to feed into the inlet stream from the fluid reservoir. The controller commands a high-pressure, recirculation-style 150-PSI pump that delivers the mixture. Overall flow adjustments at the inlet can made via one of three different-sized supplied jets that are designed to match most engine power requirements. I will use the largest jet, and may end up with a Bisimoto custom jet. This is how I installed mine, at an angle, spraying away from the throttle body. The theory is to have the incoming intake charge "blast" the particulates of the cooling mixture to create better atomization or a finer mist for optimal cooling.
AEM's recirculation-style pump offers improved performance, reliability and a much smoother, quieter operation when compared to older switched-style pumps.
With the use of a new internal bypass design, AEM's upgraded pump eliminates erratic on and off switching/pulsing and ensures consistent fluid delivery for optimum performance. This is a pic of where I mounted it in the Bisimoto wagon:
The bottle was mounted securely on the side panel. Make sure not to overtighten, as you could crack the bottle...or the panel! I used the supplied bolts and lock nuts. Notice the fluid level indicator on the side of the tank?
I also ran the feed line under the carpet to the engine compartment.
All AEM Water/Methanol controllers include a Boost Safe feature. This feature allows users to retard timing or reduce boost via a ground output if the system runs out of fluid or detects a controller error, ensuring fail-safe operation of the engine whether the system is engaged or not. Rywire used my a/c switch as the activation point for the water/meth system, and sent the boost safe ground wire to the AEM 6040 Gen 2 EMS to switch #1. I programmed the basemap to induce a 19 psi boost cut and a timing retard if the system runs our of fluid, or has an error! Pretty cool.
A pic with the spare tyre cover in place:

I like that Boost Safe feature! A friend of mine swears by his meth injection system (which isn't installed nearly as inconspicuously as yours). I was always wondering what would happen if you got carried away while depending on that system for safe high boost on pump gas, and then you run out of juice. This sounds like a very well thought out feature!
It's amazing how the Bisimoto Blue paintjob really freshens up the look of the car.
We're always interested in your projects here, Bisi. CB7s are our thing, but most of us love all Hondas, and all cars in general (I could appreciate a well done Ford Taurus, if I ever saw one... )

D,
Without the boost safe, the engine will expire! It has happened to a few EVOs with cheaper kits. The AEM system is the best IMO.
I promise to keep all posted on my build...Thanks for the support.'Bisimoto D15/D16/F18/F22
