That's from a thread selling an engine. Shipping for an engine is expensive. That sellers location is listed as Hell.
If I want to buy something (the same goes for you) that requires pick up, I'm not going to research your location. I'm going to look at the location area and see if it's close. If it's hidden I do one of two things:
Not important: Leave and you lost a sale
Important: Ask where you are, and go from there
