this car was parked in the Fall of 2008.
finally back up and running in the Fall of 2013...

it was sitting, unmoved, for FIVE YEARS. it's crazy how fast time flies, but I am happy to say that yes this coupe is finally back up and on the road!

running a JDM H22A and transmission (M2A4). some of the major parts were removed (nitrous, rear sway, lude calipers) but otherwise the car is solid and runs really well after being checked over and new fluids put in.

I drove it to the recent palisades meet, and plan to drive it to AFM, but otherwise this car is FOR SALE.

I had plans on attending AFM this year but stuff keeps coming up. Maybe next year when I get my shit together I may just fly down instead of driving.

Who ended up buying it? Looks like the car originated from Herson's Honda in Rockville MD.

the car is still currently in my possession, but I am supposed to be meeting with the buyer this weekend. in preparation for that, its now all all freshly washed, vacuumed, tuned up, filled up, and ready to go!

why did you re-relocate the battery back to the engine bay?

So as of 8:30pm today (6/18/2014) the car has officially been sold and handed off to the new owner!

My experience owning this car has been a bit bittersweet - I learned a lot, but didn't really ever get to "finish" the car within the 8 years that I had it. Can't really cry about it though, it was a necessary part of moving forward.

why did you re-relocate the battery back to the engine bay?

I wanted to keep the 0-guage wiring for my other car - i had bought some really premium stuff at the time! I had plenty of extra stock battery trays and wiring to be able to revert it back to stock with minimal effort.

i wish i could have made it work but in reality i should only be focusing on one car!
