the whole story behind that car was a shame. i wonder where that car could have been by now if i was able to keep it.

the coupe needs some time consuming (and wallet consuming) work, and as its getting colder anyway, ive decided to focus my attention on my current sedan (get it sold!!) and the truck.

i hope to be able to spend time this winter on finishing the black interior, and possibly doing some custom body panel stuff. but by the time spring comes around, ill have nothing to focus on besides getting the coupe done and built better than ever

I have a oil test PDF that says otherwise...
            http://www.animegame.com/cars/Oil%20Tests.pdf
Having seen what CP is talking about with his motor and even my engine with similar results with mobile1 how could I not speak up about how bad M1 is? there are many oils missing from that test too. I'd really like to see how castrol does in comparison to the others in the test.

Wow mike! that thing is LOW.
gotta do something about the paint and rust though i hate the salt for all the bad things it does to cars up north.

hmmm....allow me to clarify what I meant.

I wasn't saying they flat out lied but that it is misleading to compare a non-synthetic to a synthetic.

I don't think mobile 1 synthetic would test as badly as that non-synthetic did.

They used a lower grade conventional oil as an extreme to show how good synthetic is...it was not synth vs synth...all this test shows is how much better synthetics are that's what I meant. I don't use convt. oil any more...even mobile 1 conv.

But now I'm whoring mike's thread...I got an idea, if we find some info showing mobile 1 synth tests as badly as their convt. or just horribly in comparison to other synthetics let's make a separate thread

Old school fo sho! I've used oscilloscopes before, but that this like a battleship compared to ones I've used.

Still, I'm not convinced that thing isn't R2-D2.

my grandpa had one similar to that, and I've seen the aero engineering department at UMR using one also.
