Good grief! So the rail bolts backed themselves out, or was it the feed line to the rail? Yikes, I hope your injectors are okay.
Yes, it seems as though we racers are having bad luck this summer
Well, 2 of the studs holding the fuel rail in backed out. When I was taking off the fuel rail I broke the top of #4 injector wrestling the fuel rail past the egr valve. I was taking the fuel rail off because when i was trying to tighten up the fuel rail initially I noticed injector #1 o ring was pinched and ripped. Needless to say after getting it back together injector #4 now leaks like a sieve when the initial leak was at injector #1. Now I have a new delphi 440 on order.
Those URs look solid. I didn't think they'd be that beefy.
I'm glad Atlanta gets another track
That does look like a nice new track.
The UR bars are a nice made piece of equipment, but if i never make it to the track how am i supposed to claim that i need too take the last of the body flex out with their lower braces.

I usually don't go through MR threads but glad I went through yours and seen another local going at it hard. I have seen your post in the mid-west section but not sure if we have actually met or not.
I would like to point out that I to, have been to dyno Bryan (or Brian) on Broad st for a tune. I would have expected your numbers to be a bit better then what mine were, even on the stock p13 compared to yours. I can show you graphs if you would like. For my current build I was going to do the same stroker setup but with f22/h23 aftermarket rods and type s pistons.
Anyway, I like the build and may have to hit you and your buddy up to do the quarters on my newly acquired coupe. Nothing bad just bubbles starting.
Good luck and keep the updates coming.
Wow, that track looks fun! Yay for the Honda Bridge!
The car in the video needs shorter ratios, haha!
It looks as if he just stuck to a gear and left it, for the most part. That is an 04-08 Acura TSX. I used to own a 06 TSX and I can personally tell you that the gears are pretty close already. At least compared to an H tranny.
This happened to the wagon right before family vacation while I was waiting on a new injector.
I have the new injector now. It showed up while on vacation. I was kinda salty on the week plus delivery time from Georgia for a fuel injector. It did make the trip more interesting (cramped and under geared) using the wife's ej instead of my cb9.
After i replace the busted injector i will go junkyarding for a replacement mirror .
I may have too seriously consider putting up a carport out back if i want to paint my wagon.
Too H23CB7 and the rest of the C-bus crew I don't have a facebook account so Stop by cb7tuner.com the forum once in awhile and let me know what the other enthusiast are doing.
H23CB7 I also am collecting parts for another stroker
and JT and I are down to due local rot repair.

To day was a stormy day in Columbus.
In between the rain, I managed to replace the injector and repair a vacuum leak.
I created a vacuum leak when I took the top of the plenum off trying to make room to get the fuel rail off.
So the car is running right again b, but i won't be making it to the junkyard today.

yes it was a good feeling brother but not as a good a feeling as this.
From a year ago today.
From today, 16,446 miles latter still running strong, still no check engine light. It's not a perfect build. With the experience I gained from this motor build i can do a better one. After all practice makes it better.
