Well guys I passed my inspection and im good for a year. Downsides, he couldnt even pull my car into the bay because i was so low. and I wouldnt have cleared the lift. So he just said hell pass me this time around, but to go some other place next year =) which was cool. He tested my windows and they read 33.5 
and said if a place is an asshole, they will reject me, im like thats soo ***, but he said they look good, you can see in , thats all that really matters and the rear, can be as dark as it can be he told me.
So i got my sticker and im good till next June!
