those red/clears might look cheap cuz of the chrome piece just above them, seen in the gap between the top of the tails and the trunk lid... why doesnt anyone else paint that black before putting the tails on the car??

u just never know..he might just be broke....i want to do a swap autoWhat makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.
You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

Uhh thanks for your Comments.....
To Melt, Hey say wassup if you see me around school. It'll be nice to know some other 4th geners. I've seen 3 other nice 4th gens at my school but haven't talked to them. One came up to me during lunch break...owns a black 92,93? just starting out on modding. There's also another 4th gen 90-91 with vision style corners that appeared lately. There was also a grey one that was lowered on rota attacks about 2 quarters ago that I haven't seen awhile.
I appreciate everyones comments. I feel kinda weird....I never posted pictures of my ride on hondasociety or this board because I didn't want to be critisized on what I did to my car. You know who you are, hardcore critics that tell everyone you're rice this rice that etc.....but now my car is here for everyone to see.
My 1992 Accord EX has a long history. At first my dream car was a Integra Type-R....but unfortunately I got the hand me down family car. To tell you the truth...I HATED my car! But then I grew to love it. I almost ditched it for Nissan 280Z but when it came to emissions, it didn't pass and I needed a reliable car to commute in back/forth to school. It's fun to fix something that's not really common in the tuning scene. In my area all I see is mostly civics, integras, 240's, old-school supras etc.
I visited my mothers home town in Japan and was surprised of the few fixed up CB4's I've seen! Some had weird taste like *bling bling* chrome/lowrider style and weird kits you won't find common here. Some were clean and elegant with lips....but I really fell in love when I saw a private shop cars cb4. He had a Type-S prelude motor and all other sorts of gizmos that clearly changed the whole nature of the car.
SIR badge....? Yeah I heard comments of this being *** and so forth but really now.... when you start modding your car, you want to personalize it to stand out from the rest right? Options that made your car a dx,lx,ex might not even hold true anymore so why would you consider it still being a ex etc?
I like it because it accents the red "H" + it's a whole lot cheaper and hard to take off than a $40 Euro-R badge which I'll probably only put on for shows. I got jacked of emblems too many times. I was thinking about just having no emblems in the rear after I took off the stock rear emblems...but my car looked naked. I think the shaved emblems look cool...but I dunno...i'm a emblem guy.
My goal is to convert my car to a semi authentic LHD JDM CB4 Si with a Euro-R motor. From what I've learned from visiting Japan, For certain cars for instance our accords...it was a fad for awhile to have a LHD car in japan.....so for awhile it came as an option to either have a LHD or RHD cb4 accord. Also in japan there are only 4-door sedans....but they also came up with a CB4 special edition dubbed the "Accord Coupe" which was actually a 2-Door version with a few but not all that significant features: 1) OEM two piece headlights with real stanley made clear corners 2) Honda of America Co. Eagle badgings on the rear pillars 3)LHD but also came in RHD
For this reason I took out the altezza lights because they don't fit the jdm criteria too well. Another reason was because of the type of @$$holes that it attracts on the road. I always hated looking in my rearview mirror seeing blue lights of a fixed up car hopping lanes trying to catch up to me and we end up stopping at a light. This one time I was leaving scandia (arcade) and this crew of cars started pacing me on I-80 towards Sacramento. One Black 2000 Civic SI, a Red 94-97 integra, a white of the same various year, and another white integra 89 I believe with the popup headlights. I'm just driving normal listening to my music and and the older 89 integra decided he wanted to light me up. He did a couple of pulls on the side of my car but I payed him no attention....but after awhile it started to piss me off because after I change lanes, he follows and comes up on the side of me and continues revin his car and pulling. I turned down my music and waited for him to accelerate ahead again then at 70mph I shifted to D3 and went to about 5700rpm before the needle bounced and pushed hard on the gas back in D4 to 98mph. I looked in my rear view mirror and laughed after I saw the white 89 integra about 4-5 cars behind trying to catch up. I let go of the gas and braked....didn't flash my hazzards and of course he still has to blow by me. I continue driving normally and then he slows down and waits for me. He started revving again but I denied and reved back. His other friends started catching up and passed my car with odd expressions... probably thought I had a H22 or something He didn't realize that torque was the dominator here.... Represent'n CB7's ! ! ! !
Conclusion: Altezzas lowered my public road @sshole interferance rate by 50%, H22 would've made him look even more bad
I haven't had time or funds to perform the engine swap on my car yet. I have enough money saved just for a Euro-R swap, but sadly my car is auto so I need to save a little more extra money for 5-speed parts + labor. I have lots of plans for this car but I'm too busy to even do things to it lately. Probably after I finish the tech school I'm currently attending, I can finally do everything I want to it. I'm probably going to take my car to BlackTrax or Openloop Motorsports to perform the swap. My F22 has 227 going on 228k but it's still running strong.
Right now I'm in the process of converting my tan leather interior to a full black leather interior from a '91 SE. Right now all the panels/plastic pieces etc. are sitting in my garage. I got lucky and found this in fair condition at a local junkyard. So far I was able to put in the rear/front seats.
Again thanks for your feedback! I'll keep you guys updated on my project.I need a custom turbo manifold built....

if u start visiting this site more, ur gonna find the people on here to be really cool. they arent a bunch of assholes like other sites have- they often like new members cars, and if they dont, they appreciate the work done and make some suggestions, ive never seen them go off on someone for being "*** and ricey". glad to see you show up here tho, ur car looks really good, it will fit in with the other cars here lol now that ur pics are hosted u should go to the Member Rides section and make up a page (the sticky at the top will explain how)- let us finally know whats been done to that thing
