I know the information on this is in the swap FAQ, but I figured a DIY could help clear up any confusion.

here are the prelude studs in their original location. (empty holes are where you want them to be)
start by removing the studs, you can either clamp the bottom of the stud (NOT the threads) with vice grips, or you can get two of the nuts and tighten them against each other, then when you loosen the bottom nut it puts pressure on the top thus removing the stud.
now you want to enlarge the holes you are going to tap, you do this with an 11/32 drill bit made for METAL. Note: I put a little sticker on the drill bit that way I knew how deep to drill.
once both holes are enlarged it is time to tap them. I myself have never had any experience with tapping so I figuered a good time to learn would be with a m2b4 tranny. I found the tapping process to be VERY easy. If you take your time and don't rush anything you will be fine. You want the tap to be as true and and straight as possible that way you don't end up with crooked studs. I also used a small open ended wrench on the tap for more room. When tapping back the tap out about every 2-3 turns to remove any shavings, using WD-40 on this step definitely helps...
once both holes are tapped screw the studs in, the prelude tranny is now ready for an accord.
all done.
