Ok, I take my car to openloopmotorsports and they tried to pass my car at the B.A.R. with my jdm tranny and ecu.
I passed the sniffer...... by 3pnts! *phew* but the Ref failed me on visual. He didn't know I had a jdm '92 H22a, but the thing that failed me was the fact that no USDM market V-tec preludes came automatic.....so he questioned the rear motormount vacuum lines and the stock airbox actuator line that wasn't connected to anything.
( I couldn't use my CP CAI due to the fact that it is a '97)
So I decided I was going to make another attempt at B.A.R so Openloop said they could make the vaccum lines look like the accord vacuum diagram under the hood to please the Ref.
Time is running out for me and unfortunately I can't make a local appointment on time by the deadline (This saturday 24th) so I took my car to a newly opened Test Only station. This test onlystation doesn't even know my car is swapped!!! .......I take the test. MY CAR FAILS and it was way over the limit compared to the B.A.R. test.
Confused I decided to run my car again but this time I fail miserably but only to come in the Gross category!!! YIKES!!
I'm thinking Openloop fixed my vacuum lines and routed them to the wrong areas on my emissions control box. They took out my rear motormount sensor and also plugged in and extended a few tubes. I have no idea where they originally were b4 the 1st B.A.R.
test.
Does anyone have a vacuum diagram or have pictures of their engine bay that shows what vacuum lines go to what on the accord Emissions Control Box to the intake manifold? I compared a Prelude h22a vacuum diagram and a Accord, but none not helping me. I need to see preferably a JDM H22a autos vaccum lines route to the accord emissions box or a JDM manual H22a hybrid with a stock airbox.
Thanks!!
