    H22 Prelude Cat..?

I have an OBD1 H22 swap and i was wondering if the OEM vtec prelude cat will fit.I am runing the oem accord cat right now.Is the size and bolt pattern the same? Not sure if it will make the smog results better but just wanted to try. Thanks

I believe that one is shorter than the other.

If one is shorter than how come i have a perfect fit with the H down pipe, accord cat , and accord cat back pipes?Guess I gotta do some stretchin on my wallet then. Oh well hope i get good numbers with an H cat.

I used a high flow cat for m cousins swap with jdm h22 in a prelude and passed smog legally. including other tune ups too though. I'm not sure which cat is longer though. If it is, you will still be able to install it. not a problem. Like I said, the pacesetter is a bolt on. no welding required.

i think the prelude one would be shorter bc the prelude is a shorter car. but i dunno never seen a 92-96 prelude cat nor compared the length to a accord cat

Like I said, I believe the lengths are different but not drastically. It will still work, and I think pacesetter has the same part # for preludes and accords.
