    fuel problem

ok, my car smokes black so much it covers my whole rear bumper, it looks like little black droplets all over.
    i have replaced
    plugs
    wires
    cap and rotor
    fual filter
i have a open exhuast w/out cat, "will get soon" and i air intake.
i can't really mess with the timing because when i changed my timing belt i had to jam the flywheel so it would not move and i broke off the timing mark above the flywheel, so i left the distributer where it was stock so what else could i do

does oem ngk plugs really help that much?

get a cat and a better muffler or extend your tailpipes.

try leaning it out just a tad and little by little but if you hear popping sounds while you r at full throttle and it feels like you have no power your runnin too lean or put a mteal burnplate on it so it doesnt mess up the bumper.
