ARG!!! I got 2 questions..fuse? and upon startup, my car jumps around on the tach...

Ok people. I got a cupple of problems. When I start my car up sometimes, it seems to like to rev. Like, I will sit at a stopsign, at the end of my street, and all of a sudden, the car will rev up to 2,000, then drop to 1,000 then climb back up to 2,000 then drop to 1,000. After awhile, the car will no longer do this. I find it extremely weird, and unfortunate. It scares me! Is it a fuel pickup problem? cold motor? What?

Second question: Where the hell can I find a fuse!? I have looked everywhere, but cannot find what I need. Here is the scoop..Awhile ago, I installed neons. Well, I needed my little bro to hold the toggle switch and pos lead together, but he touched the wrong things together..next thing I know, my ignition fuse is blown! Well, lucky me, I was looking around and found the ABS motor relay fuse, in that other fusebox. I switched the 2, so my car can start. The problem is that I no longer have abs. Well, around here, abs is a must! winter is comming really soon, and I need help! Someone, PLEASE tell me what I need!!!! it is a 50a fuse. red plastic container, with a clear window, and 2 gold rods out the bottom. I cannot find it anywhere! I can only find a 40a, or a 60a. This is REALLY pulling my chain! I checked radioshack, checker auto parts, napa, junkyard, etc..no one can get one!!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

i know they have that style fuse at autozone, they probably carry a 50... but if they dont, try sticking a 40 in. itll get ur abs working, and still provide protection from blowing any electronics out. the fuse shouldnt blow from being 10a less, but there is a chance that will... but its worth a shot if u cant find a 50.

Yeah, i have the same thing with the RPM's, I was actually wondering the same thing...
