what is this? i keep looking at it and i made the mistake of ordering it from ebay a while ago and the tube they sent me for it was the wrong size. ive seen people put those mini filter on it but im tryin to figure out would that be ok?

i did have a hose to go to it but the one the company sent me was too small. so i just capped it off.

but i see others with the filter on it tho. should i put like a rubber nipple on it cp[mike]? its kind of ghotto rigged right now. lol. didnt have a rubber nipple to put on it. lol

cap it, tape it, glue it, weld it... all do the same thing

lol. oh ok. b/c i already have tape on it. lol. i just wanted to know if anything worked better than the tape. it may have a leak b/c im not sure if the tape is on tight enough.

but now i have another question.



how do you know the shift sylinoids on your tranny are going bad? i have an auto and i THINK they're call shift sylinoids. its thos two bubble looking things that sit on top of the tranny right next to the engine code stamp.

idk about the trans, but the lil tube is for "blow by" from the valve cover, no worries about hookin a hose to it jus keep it capped an u'll be fine. If you want to u kan put a breather on the valve cover but thats your choice
