    Which ECU????

Well I have a 90 LX Coupe with an a6 swap, now, when I bought the engine(from someone here on the forums) now I cant remember what year or trim it came out of???It has an internal coil, wouldnt this be a 90-91 Wagon???Whgats special about this ECU???No govenor,Rev Limiter???What???

    Thanks

The ECU is a pt6. A6 were external but an a1/a4 internal distributor will also work on them. A6 came out the 92-93 ex/se.

          Correction here...

          91 SE and 93 SE had F22a6

92-93 EX has F22a6 as well

All 90-91 Accords were internal coil and 92-93 Accords were external coils, regardless of trim. We have a 1991 SE Accord in our family and it is internal coil.

Internal coil is significant of 90-91 Accords regardless of trim. Anyhow, any F22a6 motor should have a PT6 ECU and all stock ECUs have the same restrictions, it's not a chipped ECU so I do not get why you ask such a BASIC question. You will retain any restrictions that all stock Accord ECUs have, enough said.
