the throttle cable has a slight amount of slack in it right and isnt being pulled on?

yes there is slack in the throttle cable, i even took it off and that didnt help.

TPS sensor i didnt touch. so that shouldnt have changed anything. maybe i need to re-adjust the idle screw. being thats its a new motor with old external parts . but it fires up perfect just goes WOT on me. really weird.

thats what i thought. where be a good place to start looking. its got new gaskets on the plenium and between the block and the intake tubes. i checked those and were tight. any hoses that would cause it to rev that high if they were disconnected?

            Thanks
