i was doing some headlight re wiring because b4 i had hids and i sold them so i rewired the headlights and the only fuses that keep blowin is the passenger side headlight fuse

judging by what you just said, i think its pretty obvious where your problem is.

take it apart, look for shorts, and redo it. tape over everything.
