Well i have this problem with my car. i was searching though
the forum and i don't think i found anything on it, but i might be
wrong. i do not know what it is call so if you have links or the same
problem and you fix it. can u please help me out thanks

well here is the problem when i am driving and i put
the car into neutral (5 speed not auto) well the rpm's stay
stuck there and i have to give it a little gas or move the petal
back so the rpms can go back down to normal.

what if you pull the pedal up with your foot? if that makes the RPMs go back down, may be a sticking throttle cable, like they said.

I am not going to buy a new throttle body
I all ready have one. it because my motor when out so i put in my other
motor from my auto and it is doing that now it was doing that in the
auto so maybe it is the throttle body. so i am going swap
the throttle body from the manual motor to this one
                and see if that helps

YOu dont need a new tb lol. Just get you some carb cleaner or brake clean whatever and spray around the throttle body to clean it a bit. As for the cable try adjusting it first and see if that helps it only requires a 10 or 12mm wrench.
