yes, the p06 is identical to the p28 minus a couple of internal components.
the chipping kit from moates.net should include what you would need to add to "make" it a P28, and then from there, the rest of the chipping process is the same as normal.
i have a P05 in my car, same idea.

YOu can convert an auto p06 to a p28. You can also do it with a manual but takes some work.

unfortunately the moates kit doesnt come with the parts. (unless you can order them specificly, never looked into it). you need the 515 high side switches from either an auto ECU or a VTEC ECU.
