Help my friday the 13th & 14th disaster

ok so i get my car back from the shop today around 6 (alignment & oil change). i get home and pull it in the garage.. i install my jdm sidemarkers, no trouble...

i also was installing my dc headers. i needed to jack my car up so i could get underneath it, so i call my homie to help and bring his jackstands and jack. he gets there and we jack the car up. get the stock header off and disconnected from the header pipe. we then decided my header would look better black so we painted it, waited about an hour, put on a second coat, waited awhile and we started to get tired so we start to put the dc header on... it wont fit well because of the engine mount so i loosened it up a lil bit so we could slide the bolt over. my homie then decides we should just take the nut off... i said dont i know your gonna drop... well i guess im psychic cuz about 20 seconds later i hear, dink dink, SHIT!

Long story short, the nut is stuck in the header pipe, we tried to get it out with some ghetto rigged magnets (broke old speakers and used magnet with whatever we could find) since we didnt have our tools/magnet retreivers. We ended up deciding it would be easiest if we just disconnected my exhaust so we could just flip the pipe over and dump the nut out.... well im laying there under the car and hes fishin for the nut (we decided to give it one more go) and next thing i know i hear a pop and the exhaust drops.... the O2 sensor leads came unplugged from their harness.

now that you know how it happend...
any bright ideas on gettin the nut out?
which wires go to which connection on the o2 harness?

i know its stupid, im pissed about it... but what the fuck can you do right? i get to spend my 2nd day off bustin my ass for my car in a row... but its 430am and im exhausted. thanks in advance for any advice/help.

ill post pics on my members ride once my cars up and running

hmm.. when u say the bold is stuck.. do you mean it's lodged in the header pipe pretty good? or is it a bold that traveled down the pipes and should be nowhere further then the catalytic converter?

Same thing happened when we were doing my turbo setup, should be no more than taking the downpipe off and letting it drop out.

kinda weird how a bolt fall in the header or downpipe. u probably wasnt careful. but ur only choice is to take out the downpipe try getting a metal hanger and a flash light see if u can see the bolt being stuck in there. make a hook so u can bring it back up.

id just drop the downpipe and flip it over...

and which side of the o2 wires ripped out? so the two grey plugs are still clipped to the bracket on the motor, but the grey/white/green/green wires pulled out?

the bolt isnt stuck we can hear it jiggling around in there. im just gonna take off the pipe and turn it over like i planned on.

the wires came out of the plug, the metal connectors on the end of wires are still connected, i know how to plug them in, i just wondered if anyone could tell me the order? or take a pic so i can just match up... thanks for the help guys i really appreciate it... i need to get this fixed so i can drive my shit!

looking from the back of the plug thats normally at the end of the O2 sensor pigtail, with the release button clip facing up and the clip that holds the connector to the bracket on the engine at the bottom:

because i didnt know to take it off to begin with, i thought it would be an easy install (which it is if i knew what i know now) like my exhaust was. i ended up pulling it off and flippin it over, the bolt came right out, the header bolted back on. my girlfriends been given me a hand helpin hold up the piping and tightening some bolts here and there, its hot!

anyway... ive got nearly everything bolted back up, just drew the o2 sensor plug and im gonna go wire it up... then lower my jacks and im done! pics will be coming as soon as i finish and go for a test drive.

                  thanks for the help guys
