    bad oil problem

so my oil light has been on (not blinking)...so i bought a oil pressure sensor got it installed. (oil light gone)i drove away and a had some whiteish color smoke from my tailpipe. (noticed my radiator fluid had been disapearing before ). next day i looked under my oil cap and there was nasty, thick whiteish colored stuff in my oil cap, on the dipstick, and in the oil hole.
the level is just above the 2nd hole which i think is a little full. the oil doesn't look that clean and there is some oil by the switches under the dizzy.
now the oil light come on only if i drive for like 10 miles and it all messed up looking dim, dark ,light... looks crazy

so let see this is what i think white smoke =anti-coolant
and the white sluge in oil =water/anti-coolant = cracked /warped head / bad head gasket

it still runs for now i'm gonna get a compression check and leak down test to see where its excaping from soon ...............................any more ideas??
    thanks
