My lowbeat headlight connectors keep on burning out on the connectors. It turns on but they burn out all the time. I wonder could it be because im using decent lightbulbs they arent aftermarket they are blue oem replacements. I have blackout headlights What is making the connectors actually burn themselves out like that. The bulbs are still good its the connector that keeps on melting on one side.

could be one of the connections is going bad either in the connector or where it connects to the headlight pins... which could make that happen... there are "upgrade" wiring harnesses for headlights (most ppl ive seen usually use them for powering HIDs), and the way it works is that it uses the stock harness to turn on a relay which enables the headlights to run directly from the battery with clean brand new connectors that can handle it, and its said to even help your same bulbs run brighter (never seen a comparison). your problem would probably go away if you hooked one of them up, i forget where you get it from, send a PM to mauricio/excalibur02, hes bought one recently...

sparkle try getting some plain bulbs and see if they work with those. If not you can get the wiring that i use. this is something like what i used http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HID-X...55198907QQrdZ1
if you dont want to get it off ebay there is also www.suvlights.com.
so really just try to use better bulbs then the ones you have. Also check that when you blackhoused your headlights, paint didnt get near the socket for the bulb.
