    What did I lose? PIC

I accidentally removed this rubber plug and it fell into the engine bay somewhere. What the heck is it?!?!?!??!

lol its not that big a deal, you look in that hole to see the flywheel when aligning the motor to TDC and setting timing... car wont be hurt if you leave it open for a while, just dont get anything in it... id be scared if it rained that id get stuff in there... so try to get to a junkyard and pick up a spare one and stick it in.

how did you "accidentally remove" that rubber piece? did your hand slip and pull it out or what?.. plus theres really not a whole lotta places up front for it to be hiding.. shouldnt be that hard to locate it..

Good place to check is the splash guard. Most stuff I drop gets wedged in there.

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

Go to the junkyard and go at it. Just remember when you take that shit out or someone works on your car before you leave the shop or when they work on it watch thema nd where they put shit. ITs the carelessness that i dont like aswell. Im very iffy when my shit gets lost or when someone doesnt take into consideration that id like to have shit kept the way i came there with it and left from the area properly.

either the mechanic who worked on your car had it or it probably fell out while you where drivin it and its now property of the lost and found on the road.
