PS reservoir lines - 3?

Hi,

Silly question i couldn't find the answer for online or in the manual. Why is there three lines coming from a PS reservoir?

Fluid in, Fluid out, and ???

Ya, i've seen this on this site, magestic, and torontohondaparts.com and it doesn't help. There are too many #22's to follow.

1 line is a return/drain line from the PS pump back to the reservoir
1 line goes to the PS cooler / fins but its hard to tell if this goes to the rack
1 line goes PS rack ??

I use to think it was simple. From reservoir, to PS cooler, to rack, left over goes back to reservoir, like one big cycle. But with three lines coming off the reservoir I got really confused. Where do the 3 lines go? Obviously its not a looping of fluid as I first though.

Perfect, thanks. Does anyone know if the PS oil reservoir needs to be the same height as the PS pump? Could one relocate this anywhere they wanted?
