Window motor rebuild parts

My drivers side rear window was making a grinding noise.
I didn't want to spend $120 to buy a new one, so I took it apart and cannibalized the parts from other motors I had laying around.

The noise is much less, but still happens occasionally.

Does anyone know if they make window motor rebuild kits?

it is a tedious job, get a new one from the junk yard, trust me.

did you do anything special to get your mpg or just a regular tune up

Motors shouldn't make grinding noises...unless the bearings are going. So if you can find replacement bearings, you can change those out.

What about the gears on the regulator? Are they clean, well lubed and not chipped?

I've already disassembled it and rebuilt it from other parts, I just want new parts. Total time building a Frankenstein from the 3 motors was maybe 20 minutes.
Just regular maintenance for the MPGs. Warm weather helps. I've been consistently getting 27's

When I had it apart I took a look at it. The worm gear spins freely and with no noise. There was a good bit of grease on it. When it was spinning, I didn't see any defects in the metal.
The plastic parts I took from other used motors and assembled them. I think they're still slightly worn out.
