    Driver door swap

Need to swap out my driver door, color code is (BG-30P-3). I have a 92 coupe, will a wagon or a sedan driver door be a direct fit, and if so what year are compatible to a 1992?
Back in the day I would easily locate a perfect year and trim fit at the JY, but now I've noticed our CB7 are becoming more and more scarce.
Let me know what you now by sharing the knowledge.
    Thanks

A coupe door is much longer than the wagon and sedan doors. You'll have to find a door originally from a coupe.

and you'll also want to locate one from either a '92 or a '93. The trims and mouldings will match, and the color choices should be the same. '90 and '91 are usable, but just a little bit different.

Not only that, but the wiring may be somewhat different. I installed a RF door on a 91 sedan from a 92-93 and the harnesses were different, so I also had to swap the harness from the 91 into the 92-93 door.

FYI, the coupe doors are 10 inches longer than the sedan/wagon front doors.

A couple years ago I did the opposite. I put a 90-91 door on a 92 I think the auto seat belt calls for the different harness. I'm glad you mentioned that because I could remember the auto seatbelt being the issue but I could not remember why.
