Well, it's a heater core.
Over heated twice in one day. The second time while I was under the hood looking for the leak.
Did a compression test to make sure I didn't ruin anything. #1 was 150. The rest were 170.

MRT
37.5 MPG, AC on, cruising at 80.
30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit
