i second that. i bought mine from the same site. although, i bought them through their ebay auction. it was actually a few dollars cheaper than direct from the site.

i only installed the passenger, but they are very nice, and silent.

I ended up just purchasing them from their website. $80 with free shipping...shit, can't beat that.

Edit: $76 if you buy it from ebay...free shipping as well. In case anyone runs into this problem down the road, here's the link:

wow that is a smokin' deal, I paid a guy 30 bucks to press out my old ones and press my new ones in, even though its 30 bucks less, you still got a brand new hub with new studs! idk how good quality the studs are but new parts are better than used.

Well on the recommendation of 92 and Dr.....I bought the pair. 80 for two hubs with bearings and wheel studs....that's a price im willing to spend. If the quality is as good as they say then it'll probably be the best $80 I've spent.

Now to take the old ones out and put the new ones in...what needs to happen? Do I need anything special to remove the rotor or what?

thats cheap considering timkens are about 40 a piece. Pressing the inner race off the old hubs are a bitch, you need like a brand new bearing splicer/spiliter

glad we could help you out. to replace mine i removed the whole knuckle off and used a bolt that was stronger and fit into the old hub and used a hammer and knocked it out of the knuckle. then i sanded the inside of the knuckle where the bearing presses into it and out some grease onto it and the new bearing and the just put the bolts back on and tightened them in a star pattern an the hub well slowly press it self into the knuckle. i must admit its a pain in the ass the first time but after knowing how to do it its not too bad imo. but when you do put the new one in make sure the inner part of the splash shield doesn't bend and prevent t from sitting flush with the knuckle.

If you are going to replace the Hub might as well just get the 98-99 CL hubs.

I think your first link is for the bearing only. The 2nd link, it seems to be the bearings and the rear assembly. Not sure the prices are for the front hub. They call it Wheel Hub Assembly but has a generic non specific picture, and the item below it is also called Wheel Hub Assembly, but has a picture of a bearing.
So did you actually bought from them and it was indeed the front CL 2.3L hub?

                      Thanks.

No, I am waiting until I actually need brakes, but if a 2.3 CL shows up at pick-n-pull I will grab the whole Knuckle/Hub/bearing and just swap it out.

Either way the parts will not be any more for the 2.3 parts if you decide to buy new bearings/hub. I would email the company and verify what the parts actually are brfore I order, this company is horrible to deal with if you have a problem. This seems like to good to be true pricing for the combo.

I emailed them last week and I got emailed back twice insisting on the part being both hub and bearing. This is great if the part is the combo for all of us. But you said this company is horrible to deal with, in what way are they hard to deal with?
I wonder the quality of the Pronto part? The part number 5886-05222327.
Maybe some else could also email them to confirm to make sure it's not just one dumb unacknowledged worker that is giving me this answer.
                          Thanks.

Hey man they will only work if he doesn't have steelies. 14s will not work with the rotor over hub set up.

Rims must be 15s or bigger to go ROH.

Oh no, why is that? Is it b/c of the rotor size or the hub designs?
                                Thanks.
