      Lowe's

Shower caulk works just fine, hondabond too if you want to keep in the honda fam'.

Clean all surfaces, be gentle with the light seals. Apply the caulk like you would glue and then reinstall. Allow the caulk time to cure before testing with a garden hose.

It is a sad day when $15 is too much to pay to properly fix your car.

Duct tape is about $3 a roll. Get some of that, and put it over all the spaces between the lights and the trunk/body. Sealed. With enough tape left over to redo it a few times. Cheap enough for ya?

i was behind a girl at the parts counter, she payed upwards of $30+ for a single outer tail gasket for a CB.

the only way to get them is included with a new set of aftermarket tails, from the dealer, or just caulk the darn things up yourself and theyll never leak again.

These gaskets are made out of the same foamy material available at most craft stores. Michaels sells them for $1.50 each. I've made multiple sets of tail light gaskets by using old gaskets as stencils to cut new ones out of these sheets.

That my friends, would be the easiest and cheapest way.

Then again, it takes a little mental acuity....so maybe for some not so easy.

I wouldn't say easiest. Getting the part that is made to fit directly from Honda would fit that description. Cheapest, perhaps... easiest, no.
