    A/C question

well the system has frion in it
    reciever drier is new
compresor was used but was working
    h22

the car was sold to me and the last owner couldnt get A/C to work on the car

    my first steps
    turn switch------------------no A/C
pressed the schrader valve---------------------r134+dye came out
    put the gauges--------------------------------system is charged
took out the bumper--------------------------- no leaks
jumped high pressure switch-------------------- no A/C

took the blue and yellow wire and ground it------------------- A/C WORKS!!!!!!!!!!

    now
with it grounded the compressor wouldnt cycle, it would stay on

    could this be a:

    defective high presure switch?
bad ground or no ground in the connector?

    thanks

      Sounds like a bad ground.

But you said it wouldn't cycle? could be a bad pressure switch.
      wat?

              yeap

when i put ground in the blue/black wire

              clutch kicks on

also it stays one whether i have the a/c controls on or off

              im guessing a/c realy
