ya its weird,i looked before i took the guages aprtr the fuel guage was reading a quarter tank, well i made sure it was exactyl were it was when i started and when i start the car and drive it creeps up to very full and stays there? i think maybe i need to top off the tank to were it actually has the right reading and maybe it will go down as the fuel gos down.....no? thanks.

even if you move the needle, if i remember correctly, itll return to its proper place once you hook it back up. just to be safe, try not to move it. if you do, its not the end of the world.

did you mess with the screws on the back of the fuel/temp gauge, like take them out or tighten them? if you did, thats probably what killed it...

all i did was take out each guage right out of the cluster the fuel/temp guage has 6 screws in back and yes i idd take them out and put them back in i didnt tightne them down to much, why would that fuck it up? the needle works it just very slowly clims to very full and stays there, if i put the needle on empty or where it was before i took them off it slowly gos up to full.i thought maybe i had to fill up the tank but i did this before and didnt even need to put the needle back it automatically found the right spot.this is wierd any more info cpmike would be great thanlks.

I am looking for some dimensional indiglos, saw the photos they are cool. Are they any good or when you put them on you will find out that they don't look good at all?thanx man.

well this is my second time with them, the needls dont move freely when they are on,yes they were on correct, also they look cheezy to me, i think i will upgrade the stock cluster bulbs or go LED like cpmike's diy, but ya if i were you stay stock andeither upgrade cluster bubls or do the LED diy.

i have reverse glow gauges. and they look cool but not worth the work u do for them. u got to make sure that the needles don't stick. whatever u do the gas gauge its gona stick. i mean i used everything from double side m3 tape to glue. and my gas gauge still didn't work fine. i gave up one day and tryed to cut a little piece of it. to make along story short i ended up cutting a little more than i should and not i looks like shit.(at day) used a little white out to cover the black spot.

yeah go with the lates diy on how to change the light things in the gauge cluster or go all led on those things. unless u sand a little the gas needle i don't suggest on using any other aftermarked faces for the gauges.

and if u decide to put them anyway i suggest that u don't move any of the needle of take off the screws on the back of the gauge cluster.

o,thanx man.I didn't know that before. That sucks.I may give it a reconsideration then.I wanna do this cauz one of my cluster lights was gone and now the fuel gauge and temp gauge look very dim at night.I may also go with LED ones swap.Don't know if S7 are good or not.
