Guys, i have an auto and by the fuel gauge there is the gear indicator. The bulb for d4 went out. I was able to tear apart the dash and remove the old bulb, but can't find anyone that has a new one. Any ideas?

i have a manual tranny, so ive never seen the auto lights... but i thought the lights used those tiny bulbs, but maybe not. if its not the tiny bulbs w/ wires on them, its 99% definately a size 74, same as the cig lighter ring.

dealer only item. You can't buy any of those small bulbs at autoparts store they are a unique size. I got bored one day on one of my fix all the little things missions and replaced every single little bulb my car had that was out.
Had to go the dealer to buy them and of course they had to be ordered. So I did. Then when I got home I realized I had my old instrument cluster from my Legend so I canabalized it for the bulbs

i wish i could see exactly what it looked like.
busted- u know the lights that light up the little red door ajar indicators on the dash? those are just small 12v bulbs w/ leads and have the leads wrapped around the base. are the auto indicators the same thing?
