    h22 02 sensor wiring help

Ok, i got a o2 sensor from a prelude vtec to put in my swap.

The wires on the O2 sensor dont color match w/ the ones on the wiring harness that goes to the ECU.

I have to extend the length of the O2 wires because the sensor is farther back in the engine bay

Heres the end that goes to the ecu

    green/blue - white/red - orange black - yellow/black

Heres the wires on the o2 sensor

Two black wires, one green, one white

why dont you just throw an accord one on there?

because accord sensors are designed to read f22 emissions. when it reads h22 emissions it gets confused and sends false data to the h22 ecu which in turn makes your engine run like shit

          I kinda stated that wrong.

my car ran fine as well, but the motor is definentely getting the wrong air/fuel mixture.

car runs way better w/ prelude o2

to bad the bitches cost $220 at honda dealership

i replied to ur PM... i used the stock lude O2 sensor, and i didnt modify its wiring, i modified the plug on the harness that mated up to it. so if i ever need to replace the O2, i can just plug a new lude one in, without swapping plugs again. i dont remember having any problems with wire colors... i never looked up a schematic, i just kinda respliced the new plug onto the harness and it worked perfectly.
