First of let me describe my situation and then my question.
I am putting in a 5 speed f22 in a 91 lx that was originally auto but later "converted" into a 5 speed while putting the in The H. It looks like he didnt cut and weld anything, so he did it it with the washers.
I read last night that if you are doing the 5 speed swap you dont have to cut n weld anything if you are going to be using the Prelude Tranny + mount, all you gotta do is put 3/8" washers.
Well since im using the reg F22 with the 5 sp., how much do i have to space the mounts? I already added 7/8" worth of spacers, and the engine is sitting a lot less crooked then how it was b4 with no spacing.
So, my question is, Is is possible to just keep on adding washers as spacers to even out how the engine sits? if so, how much?
